Happy Holidays from the DH Foundation!!! - Update

Happy Holidays!

I want to thank the Desert Highlands membership for their generosity and provide an update on the Foundation’s upcoming schedule of giving. 

We will be accepting scholarship applications, through an Arizona Community Foundation application website, from January 1st through March 15th, 2026.  The application process does request Letters of Recommendation, so don’t be surprised if you are approached by an employee for one.  The Desert Highlands Foundation Board will review the applications and perform the selection process from March 16th through April 17th, 2026.  Then the fun begins, and the scholarship recipients will be awarded by the end of April.  We will be giving up to $7,500 for 4-year college programs and up to $4,000 for other programs, including vocational, community college, and certified educational paths.  The actual award amounts are provided to the educational institution for the student’s account.  We are excited to be supporting the employees and their families as they enhance our Desert Highlands experience every day.
