In Spring 2025, the Desert Highlands Foundation, led by our dedicated Board of Directors, conducted a Scholarship Interest Survey among our esteemed employees. We are thrilled to share that over half of our team members participated, reflecting a strong commitment to educational advancement within our community.
The survey results underscored a profound enthusiasm for learning opportunities, with the majority of respondents expressing keen interest. Notably, many of our participants are long-standing full-time employees, contributing their talents for 3–6 years. Their existing educational achievements highlight a culture deeply rooted in continuous learning and personal growth.
At Desert Highlands, we are proud to foster an environment where education is cherished and supported. Through initiatives like these surveys, we strive to empower our team members to reach new heights in their careers and personal development.
